I like the article titled: The Nobel Prize winner who isn’t afraid to punch you out!

  • Aliya D.

Honestly, it was hard to pick a favourite article on Savvy Reader… There are so many insightful and engaging articles and discussions on the website that I found myself moving from one article and book to the next, making a list of my “must reads” along the way. The article that started it all for me was “Savvy Read Contender #2: Secret Daughter” because it kept my interest and provided me with other informaion in a organized manner. Plus, this novel touched something inside me as I am also of South Asian descent.

  • Jo-Anne McCullough

My fav article is Sex, Drugs, & Rock ‘n Roll: A Top 10 for the Scandalous Reader. This gave me some great gift suggestions for both my family/friends and my OWN wish list!! Thanks!

I tweeted this article as well.

  • Debra

My favourite article was “Emma Donoghue’s ROOM, through the eyes of a class of teenage boys”. I love how this English teacher engages her students, and enjoyed reading the youth’s perspective on the novel.

  • Laura

I liked the article about the significance of an Oprah’s book club pick. Kudos!

  • Doris C

I loved the article An Evening With Hockey Royalty a real insight into the world of hockey!

  • Lisa

My favourite article has got to be “Top 5 author encounters”. Cory is clearly a book nerd and dedicated fanboy (and I mean that in the nicest possible way!).

Vicariously poking Christopher Moore and sharing doughnuts with GG winning authors is a pleasure not to be missed! I’m looking forward to more “insider” scoops from Cory and the team.

The teaser is cruel though – please do spill on that Margaret Attwood story!

  • kristine hibbs
