We’ve been a bit quiet lately here on the blog, but that’s because we are sinking our teeth into this gem by Horlock about a 15-year-old girl living on the island of Guernsey. Our narrator is smart, funny, a bookworm, and a murderer. The person she killed? Her best friend.
