Jason’s Mantastic journey is quickly coming to a close. Only two challenges remain, (plus the final evaluation!) and I can say with certainty that Jason is almost there. So what remains? This week, fitness. Which is a good thing for Jason since he’s already participating in our 10-pound-shred challenge. Tommy E
urope is just about the best coach he could have via the book, but in real life Jason may need an encouraging word or two. And there’s no one better to give him a bit of extra motivation and encouragement than our very own Meghan. Megan is a yoga guru, a spinner extraordinaire, and has the drive and motivation to get to the gym I can only dream of!
Jason has already had a few encounters with fitness champion Tommy Europe (watch!) and he knows what’s he’s in for as far as the 10-Pound-Shred goes. And by no means is this challenge meant to turn Jason into a meaty muscle man, nor is it meant to shrink him down to a scrawny Jughead! But since Jason has already expressed an interest in ramping up his fitness routine, why not add a Mantastic slant to the whole gym experience?
