Episode 7: Jamie Oliver Looks the Same in Person
Sandra got to meet Jamie Oliver when he came to Toronto to promote his cookbook Jamie’s Food Revolution. I just got to see him, but Sandra actually hugged him! Aaaah! OK, I’m over it, now on to the book. Jamie’s Food Revolution is the cookbook behind the hit reality TV show, it features recipes that are easy and delicious. An amazing cookbook for people that aren’t quite comfortable in the kitchen.
If you had the chance to do things over again, would you? Too bad!! You can’t in real life, but you can in this fun do-over novel called Million Little Mistakes. Here’s the premise you have just won the lottery so now what do you do? Keep working or quit your job? This decision and subsequent others lead to an adventure that could be dangerous, deadly or fun, it’s all up to you. And if you don’t like you can do it over again.
Chick Lit Sandra is recommending another tearjerker, it’s a great novel called The Art of Racing in the Rain. It’s about the tried and tested relationship of one man, Denny and his best friend, Enzo. It’s told from Enzo’s perspective, by the way Enzo’s a dog. Judging from this pick and Little Princes I think Sandra’s a softie after all.
