We’ve taken a page out of Mindfull: Over 100 Delicious Recipes for Better Brain Health (page 44, to be exact!) to share a healthy and delicious recipe for blueberry muffins. Not only are these muffins low-fat and high-fibre, but they’re a delicious way to start your morning.
