Our Favourite October Bookstagrams

Better late than never, right? October was a month filled with truly incredible releases. We can’t get enough of these books (or the pictures you’ve taken of them!!).

Measha Brueggergosman’s incredible memoir is here (and looks great with fall colours!)

Gilly Macmillan is one of our favesβ€”and so is this picture of her latest release!

Odd Child Out by Gilly Macmillan βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈπŸ™ŒπŸ» As an enormous fan of Gilly's work, the minute I got this, it became the top of my to-read pile. GREAT decision making on my part because this book is incredibly well done. When Noah is fished unconscious from a canal, and his best friend Abdi has become suddenly mute on what happened, Detective Inspector Jim Clemo is left to try to unravel the mystery. Soon, he finds that the night of the accident might not be the start of this mystery – and it may not be the end when Abdi goes missing. This read was deliciously constructed to unravel bits of the story from several characters viewpoints, twisting round what you think you know with every page. I particularly loved the return of several characters who we first met in What She Knew – I am so happy to get more of DI Clemo's story! I hope this continues!!!! Completely riveting, this had a hold of me from the start. I loved this and would highly recommend you grab a copy if you enjoy addictive, easy to read, can't-sort-it-out mysteries. πŸ™‚πŸ™‚πŸ™‚ #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #bookstagramfeauture #currentlyreading #books #gillymacmillan #oddchildout
