2. Angie Thomas reveals the title of her next book


Angie Thomas attended this year’s YALLFest in Charleston, where she spilled the beans about her next book, out next Spring! Angie revealed that the book will be c=alled On the Come Up, and oh my goodness, we are so excited!

3. Victoria Aveyard’s War Storm cover revealed

4. Authors are reacting to the new Twitter character limit


Authors such as J.K. Rowling, Stephen King, and Neil Gaiman are speaking out about Twitter’s official doubling of its character limit, and guess what – they’re not happy. Many are arguing that the lengthened limit takes away from the original wit and imagination needed to write a shortened tweet. Read more about what authors are saying here. 5. National Book Awards


The 2017 National Book Award winners have been announced! We are so pleased to hear that Far from the Tree by Robin Benway is the winner of the National Book Award for Young People’s Literature! Far from the Tree is a deeply moving story about three adopted siblings who find each other at just the right moment. This is contemporary novel is one that definitely deserves a spot on your TBR!
