This is so cool! To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Man Booker Prize, a special Golden Man Booker Prize will be awarded this year. The shortlist is made up of previous Man Booker Prize winners “that have best stood the test of time”, including Hilary Mantel’s Wolf Hall! What’s even more special is that we, the readers, get to vote for the winner. Public voting ends on June 25th so make sure you get your vote in here before the deadline. Luckily, Steve Brusatte has more than made up for it with his new book The Rise and Fall of the Dinosaurs. Not only is it amazing and full of fun facts, he also shared the great news with CBC that we are in the middle of a “dinosaur rush”, with more and more species being discovered every week. Learn more about the book here and read the CBC article here.
