1. Goodreads announces the winners of the 2018 Goodreads Choice Awards

Congratulations to all winners of the 10th annual Goodreads Choice Awards! Books like The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas, I’ll Be Gone in the Dark by Michelle McNamara, Educated by Tara Westover and  The Rise And Fall Of The Dinosaurs by Steve Brusatte took home top spots in their categories.  Check out the full list here.   1. Sequels make me nervous to read. I’m picking it up because I loved the first book enough to do so, which means the expectations are HIGH.
