LeBron James, one of the best athletes ever, is set to release a children’s book this August! I Promise, based on his foundation’s I Promise program, will feature James’s upbeat, rhyming text and vibrant illustrations perfectly crafted for a diverse audience by New York Times bestselling artist Nina Mata. If you’re a historical fiction fan in the Ottawa area, this is one event that you do NOT want to miss. HarperCollins Canada recently announced a high tea with authors Joanna Goodman, of The Home For Unwanted Girls fame, and Alka Joshi, author of the upcoming masterpiece The Henna Artist at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier.
